12.1 Termination by nabung77

nabung77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member has engaged in any Prohibited Activity;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to nabung77;
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.

In the event of termination for breach, nabung77 may withold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Any withdrawable real-money funds that are confirmed as legitimately earned will be returned to the Member following satisfactory investigation, subject to deduction of any amounts owed by the Member to nabung77.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may close their Account at any time by contacting nabung77 support. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure following account closure, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
